Return Policy
All claims must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase.

Products to be returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all return shipping charges if it is a customer error or the return is beyond 30 days. However, if we have made an error in processing an order, we will make it right at no cost to the customer if the claim is made within 30 days of receipt of product(s).

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number that we provide. An online request can be made using the Customer Service button after logging into the store front. Or you can contact our customer support team via email at ecustomercare@alphapointe.org or phone 866-240-1352 to arrange a return. The Return Authorization Number must be written on a label or the shipping box (NOT the product container) of the product(s) returned.

An RA older than 60 days with merchandise not returned to Alphapointe will be considered void and thereby a zero credit issued.

All returned products must be in their original packaging in resalable condition (unless the return is due to shipping damage).  Certain products including special order, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and some electronic merchandise is not subject to return except in case of Alphapointe's error.

Ink and toner and other products with a shelf life cannot be returned for any reason after 60 days.

Dated products such as calendars may not be returned unless the products delivered were not the products ordered as a result of an Alphapointe error or the products were damaged on receipt.


Shipping Policy
Orders must be received by Alphapointe before 3pm Central Time to be processed that day. Most orders will be delivered to the customer's desktop or designated dock within 24 to 48 hours. Special orders or out-of-stock items will generally ship within 2 additional business days. Some products require additional time due to stock levels or truck delivery.

Please Note: We have suspended shipping to APO/FPO addresses at this time. As an alternative, we strongly encourage our overseas customers to provide a CONUS consolidation address with ultimate consignee to your location so that we can continue to provide you with AbilityOne products.

Please include your consolidation address (or Transportation Control number info) in the "Ship To" fields, and your ultimate consignee information in the "Additional Shipping Information" field or contact customerservice@alphapointe.org for further assistance.


Products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to freight charges unless a state side freight forwarder is provided.
